About the event
DEAD FORMAT is an alternative indie pop project from St. Louis, Missouri. Their unique DIY style of bedroom recorded music combines various influences, from modern indie and psych, to soulful classics from the 60s and 70s.
Including members Josh Braden (lead guitar, vocal), Kolin Keith (rhythm guitar, vocal), Brad Ferguson (bass), Kaleb Yates (drums), Zack Vaughan (saxophone), and Ethan Saake (keys), DEAD FORMAT have been performing together since 2017.
Mitchell Matthews & The Media, a St. Louis supergroup, combines 2000s emo / indie rock stylings with power pop / jazz flourishes to enhance lead singer ' trademark heart-on-your-sleeve lyrics about learning to love yourself again.
